    Discovery & Qualification

    Review the franchise details — including the investment requirements and brand concept — while we assess mutual fit. Minimum qualifications include $500K+ net worth and $100K+ liquid capital.

    Deep Dive & Validation

    Explore the business model in depth. Speak with the CITYROW leadership team, review financials, and connect with existing franchisees to validate the opportunity firsthand.

    Training & Launch Prep

    Once approved, you enter comprehensive training covering operations, the signature workout method, and community engagement. CITYROW and Franworth provide all-inclusive support through studio build-out, equipment setup, and pre-launch marketing.
